Should I go to Nashville Auto-Diesel College?

I’m a Junior in highschool, a very bright kid (was scoring 2nd year college level in 8th grade). I like to work on things, such as taking things apart and putting them back together, and I also like artistry. I was informed today of a college in Nashville Tennessee that has awesome prices, not out of state tuition, great dorms, and alot of benefits. I was thinking about going to this college for either working on car parts or repairing them or doing body work such as painting and such. Although I’m a bright kid I don’t really have the grades to show for it. The college is 4 hours away from my home. Does anyone think I should take this up? It sounds like a great way to get started out of highschool.

It’s a waste to not use such a brain for things it’s capable of doing. I say go for it. It’s definitely a great way to get started out of high school but since you’re a junior, you should think about right now and how you can get your grades up. It’s always great to try and not give up. Also, apply for scholarships and get yourself financial assistance and all those good things. Also, i’m not sure if NADC requires it but try doing some extra curricular activities since colleges dig that stuff. I envied you at first to tell you the truth, i’m into machinery and stuff but it takes me a while to get logical stuff let alone complicated and advanced stuff. But my grades aren’t that bad and i’m doing my best to understand stuff that i want to learn.
I heard some people say that people with great minds don’t use it and all that…i just hate those sayings. I’m sure you will do awesome at whatever you choose. Just don’t give up and keep doing your best.
