Auto insurance claims that are denied?
my claim was for theft was denied due not being covered in policy “no forcible entry present”
all my windows where broken and ignition broken from housing. the caps from my rims stolen because they tried to take my rims but could not remove the locks.the fuse box was dismantled and spare tire was stolen, front windshield, rear windshield , and side mirrors where broken. it is obvious that something bad has happened to my car. the insurance company knows that much . so im wondering can I now put in a claim vandalism since the claim for theft was denied . i need help repairs are going to cost a lot
