Do auto warrantys cover previous damage?
I just bought a 2006 Saturn Vue “As Is” and two weeks later, find out that it needs a $2000 repair. I fought with the dealership who sold it to me, and finally they said they would buy me an auto warranty & they should cover it. Is this legal? It sounds kind of like fraud to me, to make a claim on a previous problem.
I’ve always purchased an extended auto warranty for every vehicle I’ve owned in the last 5 years.
