I have a samsung rf265 series fridge with many dents from someone hitting it with their fist.?

Is taking the door to an auto repair shop really an option? I have read that a few places online.. Also would trying to pop the dent out?
I saw a video in which someone removed a dent with a hair dryer and compressed air, I dn’t know if that works either
