DIY auto repair center?

Hi,
I am looking for a place to fix my car, an associative garage, don’t know how to call this in english, but basically a place where you can come with your car and fix it. I need to replace the engine and can’t do this in my own garage.
In Europe and US those place exist, you just rent per hour or per day, in the US about $5 per hour. I am living in Sydney.

remember in the U.S. we are in the 21st century,not the 50s like aust,5.00 will barely get you a cup of coffee,let alone a shop space to rent.but if you do know of one in the U.S. let me know,i want to rent it myself.
