What is the most important thing to you when looking for an auto repair shop?

I do the marketing for an auto repair shop and am looking for answers from men & women on what is important to you when doing business at an auto repair shop. I am looking for some new ideas as well – What would you like to see at your local repair shop?

Make sure the are a member of the BBB and have an excellent record. Also, make sure the shop and waiting rooms are clean and you have a knowledgeable, intelligent, and courteous person at first point of contact. First impressions mean everything.
