Auto Repair Shop Business Plan

i own land for my business and i am planning to expand. what to use to create more parking space?

the land i have is currently cleared but it is low. i need to to fill it but with what? i would like to use this land to park more cars. i own a auto body repair shop. right now cement would be too expensive. i have considered crushed concrete, is that okay for the next couple of years? i will eventually cement all the land.

It is quite likely that you will require planning permission at least for what is known as an “engineering operation” and possibly to create the use as a car park depending on what the status of the land is at present. The council will require a certain standard of drainage and will probably dictate the materials you have to use to surface it so I recommend that you don’t spend any money until you have sorted all that out.
