Is this company one of Obama’s answer to poverty?

I came across a company called, National Auto Club online. They enrol used vehicle owners nationwide and help them to pay for their vehicle repairs at the cost of only $32. When I called, the manager explained to me that many people regard them as an alternative to auto-warranty. But they are not necessarily a warranty company.
I am just wondering if any of you had ran into them?
Could they be the answer to Obama’s question on how to make life easier for an average American?

Never heard of them, but if GM, Ford or Chrysler go under I’m sure they will do very well.
