need an estimated time. how long should this take?

I know in an auto shop they have software that calculates how long a repair takes to do. they multiply this with their hourly charge etc. anyway i dont care about the price. I’m needing to know how long to set aside time wise to do ths job. its a head gasket R&R on an 89′ chevy s-10 2.8 liter fuel injected. anybody have this software or know where to get it free?
