I need some repairs on my car. Would it be safe to drive from Denver, CO to Tuscon, AZ to get it repaired? ?

According to the diagnostics test I need new spark plugs and wires, a new coil pack, and fuel injection maintenance, and a new oil something cover (I have a leak). Every mechanic/auto clinic I’ve been to quotes me about $500-600 for all of this. My dad lives in Tucson, AZ and says he can do this all for me, for just the cost of parts which is about $100. My car has 100,000 and I’m a little nervous to drive it down there. Should I take my chances? Are any of the things I listed above enough to make my car break down on the drive there?

That would have to be up to you… but if the car is running good and not giving you any problems then I’d say go for it.. Most of that stuff on your list sounds like just tune up stuff.
