I have great passion for cars, have been answering technical questions on auto repairs, I thought it could be useful having a paid website where people could browse and ask service and repair information or question at a fee, but uncertain how to do it. Any great answers will surely be appreciated!

technical questions on cars or auto repairs is not a secret. sometime people who are not well known or so-called expert in this area has those knowledge. if people do some research thoroughly for some time on the net looking just for free information they could possibly be an expert after that. for that reason i don’t think people would pay some kind of fee to get that kind of information.

if you can make site that provides free organized information so they would find all they need at one site instead of going here and there it would save their time a lot. when you have a lot of traffic wondering on your site advertiser like car part company or any car services company would be begging you to list their services on your site. so why not be infopreneur as well as car expert. you can do so many things if you got a popular site. check out below resources to see what people would usually ask about car and one site about auto repair. do you think they are not making any money providing free services? hope that helps a bit.
