I Have an idea/invention worth millions,but no funds to start,are there any real options?

I have no patent or patent pending. The product is very simple i.e. CAD programer, plastic mold injection, marketing, and my idea. I have done some foot work, I know my product is not pre-existing on the market. I figure, respectively speaking one out of a hundred people that own a car or truck in the world would buy one, not to mention auto repair shop’s, auto parts stores, car shows, catalogs or for home. It would cost cents on the doller to mass produce. What should I do ?
