Try your local library (either public, or community college). You can’t write in nor dirty the book, but you can photocopy or scan the relevant pages (I said pages, not chapters – copyright laws). Most libraries allow you to search their catalog online now. You’ll still have to go in to pick up the book, but at least you won’t have wasted a tank of gas driving all over town looking for it.
