I have a 1995 Olds Cutlass Ciera; The bluebook value is approx. $1700. The car is still driveable, but does have sustainable visible damage.

How much should I ask?

Note: a side body repair guy would charge $1000 to fix, though he does not use paperwork. A genuine body shop will charge over $3000 meaning that my car will be totaled out if gone through insurance.
