Okay im in jacksonville and i bought a car with the title that is registered buy a company called Hollywood tire and auto repair. But the business is no longer up and i can’t get in touch with them because they never released the title out right and their the only owners on the paper besides who i just bought it from but the title wasn’t relased to them properly so i need to get in touch with this company to get it sign off right. i had a police officer come out and run the vin and he told me that its not reported stolen but i must get the title right and a license plate, My friend wife told me all i have to do is bring the vin number and reciept of purchase with the title and tell them my situation and i should be able to obtain a clean title on the car because she workds for DMV
